 This was taken at a Coombs show around 1995, and was the last event ever for this car. I recognize the license plate, but who is that youngster beside your Beetle?  |

You got more snow than we did, not by a lot but some. We got 5", you look like you got at least 8".

So borrowed the old pressure washer from work. Then spent some time fixing it before it would stay running (spark plug bad, even though it looked fine). Then proceeded to blow most of the paint right off the roof and hood!!!  Turns out the primer underneath was likely too smooth. The top coats didn't grip the surface of the primer very well. Not that it matters much at this stage...  The parking spot is looking better however. Much more level now. My neighbor is back from prison and says the fence will be fixed up soon. I will believe that when I see it... |

The neighbour has been surrounded by fences for awhile , I wouldn't imagine he'll be fixing them any time soon!

Why didn't they mention Russ's air-cooled specialty? They could have featured some eye catching pics of vintage VWs...OK I see the article is about spring car care, but what about the dubs!  |
