This was a 300 buy from northern Alberta. It came with some weird and funky modifications but lots of spare new and used parts. If the 300 purchase didnt scare me, should have by some of the things I found later. The pictures will tell a tale.

Yes ordered front clip, originally got one from Clay in Naniamo, but would have spent hours in extra body work to getit ready to use. Cut losses order new pop. Haven't started it yet. Had to do the passenger heater channel, rear apron, front inner fender and lower door hinge pillar....... Next front apron, then move to pan for sandblast n cleaning, narrowing and lowering; body............. OMG WILL IT EVER END?!? Lol

Is your '65 a Canadian Custom model? Earlier style flat steering wheel and no chrome strip on dash. Or are you doing it up the way you like it and using the parts you want??? Going to be nice to see another '65 on the road.

Dash was filled, modified by previous owner. As for steering wherel, I think it is flat but would have to check. As for overall theme?!?!? Eventually full custom interior, some exterior modd but will take a while to get there but thats the fun.

Well that addage of "measure twice cut once"!!! Definately should be respected. Previous owner had done some really wacky modifications. Nothing was straight. I thought measured three or four times, tack welded and fitted. Thought all was good until I could t close the passenger door!! I had braced, cross braced, but due to his cuts and my mis calculations had to spen the day grindi g, cutting out 4 days of work, fit new door lower hinge, front inner fender. This time properly!!! Pics to follow
