Headed up here since all the provincials were full. Had "scouted" it out a long time ago, just never made it up. Its about 45 minutes of Hwy 4 at the junction where you go to the upper camping at Sproat. Lake was awesome, sites were full of locals, but we scored one of the best sites! The drive up, we missed a turn, lol There was one shitty site left, but these lovely older ladies offered up their site, as they were headed back to town for a wedding. can you say, "Scoooooooooooooooore" The lake, though big, was quite warm. GB loves the water, and the food.

looks like some goooood camping! I can't remember the last time I went camping but I wasn't one for campsites just go off in the bush by yourself but that's almost impossible now

Nice! I was wondering where you ended up. I'll have to keep this in mind for early / late season camping.
