wow what a labour intense job, looks slow and heavy, i still think batteries use more resources, studies have shown that a electric car with 0 kms on it is the same as a gas car that has driven 90,000 kms due to its energy to build and materials used. GM just said its going all electric by 2035. maybe before then cold fusion powered cars are here.

let's see , cost of land , building , equipment , maintenance , labour , profits minus recovery or raw-ish materials , what does that work out to per battery in cost to the consumer +/- $500.00 per battery? If I could escape the cost of recycling I'd bury the old battery in my yard or maybe someone else's yard. lol better yet forget the EV , buy an old car (VW) that you can work on.😁

Cold fusion maybe , I've heard some cryptic stuff lately that a serious 'new' energy source is nigh!?!?

Im sure the Japanese have robots that will do all of that much faster and robots dont belong to those wasteful commie unions. If not they will simply outsource the job to some third world country who will employ 10 year old kids to do it for $1.75 per week. Stan
