My friend Terry is attending Vancouver Island University and taking courses including one where he had to make his own video. Being a hard core car guy you can guess which topic he chose... And if you look carefully, you will spot a VW in it too...
Enjoy...

I missed the VW, will have to look again, but maybe that's because I'm a secret lover of old Plymouth cars. I enjoyed that video very much, thanks for passing it on Russ.

The video is so seamless that it looks easy, but if you look at all the angles and approaches he had to get and edit, it was a lot of work, Good job!

And quite a few squashed insects likely too, only a few of which were from the order Hemiptera(the true bugs)

Brings back a lot of memories...big block 70 ss Nova launching at 4300rpms, feeling the rear boots hook up and twist everything in a nasty but exciting way. Then feeling the real g forces pinning you back in the seat. Pulling second gear before the front end came down...still can't lean forward, but what a rush...then the never ending big block pull in third and finally fourth. 11.5 seconds of pure adrenalin rush and it's over. Not that fast by todays standards, but pretty cool for September 1970. Then...married life and three little boys to raise, took precedent and the big bad Nova was traded for a new shinny yellow 72 super beetle. Ya I can still hear all the jabs from the old gang, but then one by one they all fell victims to similar situations. So now after 30+ vw's of all shapes and types, it's time to search for something to bring back the adrenalin rush of the past. Any suggestions...

Get Terry to take you for a "spin" in his Plymouth. I am sure he would oblige...
