The fact that the 2 drivers had to coordinate their moves seems a little iffy I think it would be kind of like rally driving. A co-driver is incredibly important and absolutely necessary in that activity, just as it is here. That said, I don't think I'd like to be the guy in the driver's seat of the car… looking in the mirrors and processing that and the spoken info quickly enough would be a bit of a mind bender.

Reminds me of the San Francisco (and probably other cities too) fire trucks with front and rear steering to get around those tight corners!
