I'm not sure I'd call it a steal, but this is just my opinion.
- The pistons/cylinders aren't any special - cofap replacement parts, you can buy Mahle from CIP1 for around $315 and they'll have some form of guarantee at any rate. - The heads don't look rebuilt to me, there's gasket material on the mating surface, signs of grease/oil around the springs, etc. Parts may have been replaced, but by whom? - There's no such thing as a 1969 Dual Port block! Hopefully it's a dual port block at least. Unsplit, you don't know what you'll find inside. I usually get $200 when I sell a block like that. Plan to pay for line boring etc. - Powder coated tin - certainly nice especially if the tin was in good condition to start with. No idea on the value of that, or how important it is to you instead of just cleaning and rattle canning. - Obviously you still need to buy the bearings, gaskets and other key components not displayed such as intake, carb, alternator and stand, etc.
Having said that, it could be a good start but I'd be reluctant to pay that much for it without having a chance to inspect it personally first.

I don't see $800 worth there. Even if they need work, your old engine has most of those parts already.
