been bouncing back and forth between my home shop and the horse barn but have finally moved and got near every set up except for the welding/fab area (soon). just finishing up a few in house projects then i think its time to build something(fast). of course the girls always need something (high maintenance) but they are Italian, and thats their nature. I spy 1957 T-bird hiding in the back. Not good enough to hang with the Europeans?

good eye!there is actually 2, a 55 and a 57(in photo)they are Toms wifes cars,(although she loves the f-cars too). the motor/trans in the 57 was a bit soft and leaky so i yanked it for a rebuild.

I like the workshop area. Not so sure about the Italian rust buckets though... A Captain I used to work with when I was working away at sea had one - a 306? - I think. He complained constantly about how the insides of the panels weren't painted and it rusted through from the inside out. I don't think that it was designed to live in Northern England... He said the clutch was too heavy to drive in any traffic and eventually sold it at a huge loss. The Citroen 2CV was actually considered the French competition to the Beetle. There were quite a lot of these awful little cars on the road in England when I was a kid. You should have seen them lean over when driven round a corner - scary! Nice collection.

It is the first step in getting a 308 Next you'll be getting your helicopter license and a Hughes Cayuse. I have always wanted a 308 and a helicopter too…but could never get the moustache step right, so I gave up , lol!
