Bay Bus Front Door Interchange?

What, if any,  are the differences in Bay bus front doors from around 1970 to 1979?  Are they interchangeable?

Apparently quite a few differences. The one that I know is 1972 and earlier doors use different locking mechanisms then the '73 and later. The late style use pushbuttons, the earlier uses a lever next to the interior door handle. But there are other differences listed here...
