Now that's something I can appreciate , a limit switch for the brake lights! 😎👍 Was it from an old microwave or something?

Speaking of brakes..... How's this for a fantasy arrangement. I had a buddy who worked as a civilian tech for the rcmp. He was sent to Afghanistan to reverse engineer ieds (roadside bombs). He got so that he could tell which terrorist made which bombs just by looking at the arrangement of the components. Anyway I asked him once to look into a brake light kit for me that would do the following to a back window center mounted brake light.
when the gas pedal was pressed (activated) the light would be green. when no pedal was activated (coasting) the light would be yellow or orange When the brake pedal was activated the light would be red,.
He askd some of his rcmp buddies in the accident reconstruction teams how that could work to enhance, distract or do nothing for following traffic. He told me it would probably be a distraction to following drivers and therefore result in an increase in the number of drivers rear ending me. I always thought they were wrong and were just jealousl they didn't think of it. Stan
