Good day, I've lived on the island all my life with periods spent in various places in Canada and abroad and everywhere I go I love things with wheels, tracks whatever. My first VW was a 68 Baja and later my current project a 74 Thing. One has to love the simplicity of these vehicles and how robust they are.

I have been told that I need to know you better before I ask for pictures of your Thing anyway, lol Bodywork is an art that is hard to find a trusted soul to do at a cost that won't break the average individual. Once my boat is done I hope to work to get better at it.

Well my Thing does need alot of work and you don't let just anybody touch it. The body work will be a large project on it I'm collecting bits for it as I can find/afford them.

Sounds like a sound plan. Are you going stock or modified in any way?
