I see, yes, they tend to carry quality items. That one I linked above is shown as a Torin, but I've seen it as Black Jack (I think,) and Motomaster too.

Have you stopped that activity yet Terry? Go work on your VW instead….or your house, or your Studebaker, or your shop, or…. (?) It's better than kicking yourself

Terry That's it, I borrowed one like that, also from Costco but in blue, from a buddy a few years ago to do some brakes. A very good unit, made things much easier. Yes it's a heavy jack but that's part of it's magic. I'm pretty sure it's the same as this Motomaster offereing which sometimes goes on sale too.

Yes Brent, but the Cadillac of the Motomaster 3-Ton jacks is the one peeking from behind in that shot, which is sometimes on sale for $150. However the side handles do get in the way on occasion.

I have the Lada version of the MotoMaster jacks as pictured by Brent. It's easily 6 or 7 years old and still going strong. It has lifted engines and transmissions in and out of my bus more times than I care to remember. No complaints about this tool from me.

And I'm not complaining I was about to buy the "Lada" version too, when the "Cadillac" version miraculously went on sale for what amounted to about half price.
