A tip regarding imgur... I was trying to access my images on that site and found I was repeatedly getting a "Zoinks!" message instead of going to my images. If this happens I learned that clearing the cookies on your computer sets it all right. Cheers, Don

I haven't posted photos in a while , and have been trying to do so , but I'm missing a click somewhere. When I bring up my photos I have on my Imgur file and click on the one I want to send , what appears are options such as "To community" "Grab link"etc., instead of "Direct Link" "B.B. Code" ,"Sizes". I've gone through the steps you guys have posted and that have worked for me in the past but no luck this time around. If someone can figure out what I'm doing wrong please give us a shout.

I still couldn't get the results you are describing, sorry. Maybe google "working with imgur"? Let us know if you figure it out. |

Does anyone have any tips on how to upload photo's easily from an Android phone please? I'm finding doing it through Imgur is rather clunky and I suspect that there's a much faster, easier way. TIA

I am still using IMGUR, as I have thousands of pictures there. It does work with your Android, but as you say is a bit clunky. Rob S always uses that Tapatalk, so he would be a good one to ask. Don't know what Dave uses, but he may be one to ask as well...

I use Flickr, but I also pay for an account. Honestly? Only because I've been using it for so many years and it seems a pain to move my photos. Plus, it will mean build threads will end up with broken picture links...

I can't view or upload any of the photos on my iPhone anymore they have all been converted to HEIC files and computer says I need a converter app to view them as a jpg what do you brainy-acts know about that?

Luckily I am not a brainiac, Terry, so I can't try to answer your question. I think back to the days that when something in our world changed, it was generally for a reason, not just because some glitch or geek somewhere decided "it's better that way". Really makes me want to move further away from technology, because I don't like being kept off-balance. I hope someone can impart some knowledge and it is an easy fix. Cheers! |

Went in Iphone today and all the picture files were back as .jpg files so no problem anymore weird.
