Ok, things did change... My lovely wife decided she wanted to see the sand castles. And wouldn't you know it, there just happened to be a car show a few metres away... Not much in the way of captions this time, so just enjoy the FEW pictures that I took this time... 1959 Galaxie 1964 Impala 1966 Fairlane Early GTO Dad's 1956 Bel-Air 1966 Satellite 1964 Falcon Canadian only 1969 Beaumont 1967 Falcon 1968? Nova Early Acadian Rare 1956 Chevrolet Sport Sedan. Lots of trailers this year... My friend Pat's Ramcharger Prospector edition. Pat was the former owner of my 1962 Beetle that I traded my 1967 Cougar for... Continued...

Yes there were some VWs there as well. These two are out of Victoria. This split was seen at the earlier Qualicum show. The same owner also had his nice 1965 single cab there as well. He owns the drag Ghia as featured in the Victoria show. This 1963 based dune buggy was for sale, I think around $9000? US spec Rabbit pickup is uncommon. You could own this for $35,000! Or this 1974 for around $16,000. Wow. Harley's split bus and trailer combo were on display, but too many people crowed around it prevented a picture! I liked this Datsun 240 as I have driven a few like this in the past. Nice! My kid has developed a taste for Acuras... He also liked this older Skyline. I like them too... Can you say "big ass turbo"? Sure you can... And then I saw it. Normally I couldn't care less about modern cars at vintage car shows... But I made an exception for this pure eye candy. It is a 2017 Acura NSX. Look at those huge rotors! Did some internet research when I got home... Car features one twin turbo V6, plus three electric assist motors (one for each front wheel, and one in conjunction with the mid mounted gas engine. Together this all equals close to 600 hp of fun. Price? starting at $189,900. The options are extensive and if you want everything available, that will cost you about $250,000. Plus tax. That is twice what my somewhat dumpy house cost to buy 22 years ago... Bummer.

Quite an interesting post on Parksville beach car show. I am pleased with these details. The trade shows can help you increase brand awareness. One of my cousins has vehicle agency and he also organizes expos for advertisement. He also uses trade show displays for giving additional information to the audience.
