Awesome, now you can give your left arm a rest BTW those pics are great, seems you have figured out how to size them correctly. Maybe you could post the procedure in the pics section for everyone's FYI? I know, more work, but it'd be a benefit to all

That's great Brent. There's nothing like having it all come together, especially when you had to do all that troubleshooting to make it work properly. I believe there were some variations in the turn signal assemblies even within the late bays.

Well, went for a test drive tonight. Steering wheel is off centre, and signal won't cancel when turning right. It cancels left, but switches to high beam. Grrrrrrr Hopefully by changing steering wheel it fixes that problem. I'll do it after work tomorrow .

Repositioning the wheel will fix the non-canceling. Probably won't fix the high beam issue...

Sooooo, early this year I put my interior back in, as I wanted to get camping. In hindsight, I realize that there wasn't any drain for the cooler, nor electricity for the sink pump. I decided to pull the interior out, cabinet, cooler, bench and floor. Good news, it's all nice and dry under there, a lil dusty and dirty, but only remenants of moisture was something I dont recall spilling. I think I'm gonna take this winter to clean up any broken laminate & try and get these seat cushions clean ..... Less weight = better gas mileage, lol. Going to get noisey in there.
ps: thanks Karl,

Well, I decided to pull this guy out as spring is approaching Only there was one big problem ... A 4" x 6" hole in my muffler. So today I met Don out at his shop to address the problem Cleaned and cut hole in muffler Bent some metal Fitted and secured it Ok, it's welding time All in all, it worked great. I wanted to use "that other word", but since it was Don doin all the work, I figured I'd refrain, lol. It sounds just like new. Now, to quit trying to push in the clutch when I start this one Holy crap, what a difference a few year will do .....

Good thing the pics are small, those are some ugly welds, lol! But the patching job worked, that's the main thing. Hope it lasts a little while anyway….

Well done boys! No hangs about the "ugly welds". You were upside down and welding old material...and it's not your bus :-). Just kidding. Good fix dudes! Nice to see Kermit get some love.

Got me a project for my bus .... Got your word order wrong there, Brent…. "project" goes before "bus" How does it feel when driving…even more like a sail? (Arrr ) Should be the perfect rig for your future explorations. No boat ramp needed!
