Of course the title stands for Rob and Reagh. They always have some kind of project on the go, and this one is interesting... They are fixing up a pink dune buggy for someone, and Rob has the job of figuring out how to attach these seats into the buggy. And he is experimenting... Yes those are genuine VW 2 litre bus valve springs. Will it actually work? Rob will have to report back on that...

I am assuming this is not going to be a street-legal build?

Yes Tony, it's most definitely CSA (Convenient Stuff Available) approved as always. Don't worry Dave, we will add four quality zipp straps before final road test.

There is sure to be an "aftermath" and we will not wonder why Canada is so litigious these days.

No worries Don, we did the "beforemath", and the 2 litre springs will hold the mini-rockets firmly. Now to install the red eject button on the dash.

Yes we are smokin the best stuff!!!! Ok so the seats are bolted in with double nuts to be safe. The experiment starts today hahaha going for a test drive. I did this just for a little cushion when traveling over bumps instead of riding right on the pan. Im hoping the tension from the springs pushing up will be enough to to hold the seat in place!!! And if not...out it comes and straight on the pan it goes hahahahahaha.

Well after sitting on the plastic buggy seats with springs attached, the drive went really good. It seems that this may actually work . I guess the future will tell the whole story!!
