Well, it was time to head off into the sunset ..... I wasnt liking the lack of power which I thought was caused by over loading I called my buddy in Kelowna and asked if I could bring my stuff to his place and store it there for a month, and continue on in just the bus. He obliged and I was off .... Goldberg said goodbye to all his friends First stop, Canmore! It didnt run too bad, a lil slow goin up some hills, but that just gives you time to take cool pics

ONce in Kelowona, I started to recheck everything to make sure all was good. It was then I realized that it wasnt the weight, but the actual motor wasnt functioning proper It seems the motor has some kind of problem, limiting the revs to 3200 rpm I spent three days checking and re checking things suggested by freinds, the interent and Bentley I basically set up shop in buddies shop Had a few chats with my wing man "Goldberg", who was there for emotional support There a few good VW ppl up here and I borrowed some parts I didnt have, to check and make sure that they werent my problem. An afm and another dizzy, as well as dual relays. They are knowledgable, but they are mostly type one guys. (ps: met Gordo, an aquaintance of Dons. Dam, does he have some neat stuff) So, I got things orginized, but didnt get the problem fixed. Figured dropping bike and pod off, I would just continue on, till Dave in Winfield, aka Lake Country, said to try a well known shop in Summerland. Off I went

Having the understanding that I could continue on, just be wary of the issue, I took off. I headed back towards Vernon and headed towards the Kootneys, via Lumby, Cherryville and Nakusp I was thru here last year, but came from the opposite direction. I had came down from Revelstoke, thru Nakusp to Lumby. This time I was gonna head south after Nakusp, and head towards Nelson. I had a lil over a week to kill before attending my friend Richards wedding there. The hills were quite the experience. I decided to take the pod and leave the minibike in Kelowna. Being out on the less traveled highways, its quite amazing what you come across along the way They have all these huge nest built on top of the power lines. I believe they were Osprey nests I arrived later in the day, just outside of Nakusp, at MacDonald Creek Provincial. I was quite shocked it was completely full. The Park Ranger said there was overflow parking, so I went and checked it out. Needless to say, it was to my liking
